Bonjour,

1) I was in bed. All of a sudden, I heard a noise and when I opened my eyes, I saw a thief opening the window...

2) Dudley was just about to turn off the lights when he/she saw a shadow behind the curtains.

3) Sophie was walking in the street, everything was quiet, when suddenly, a car approached her and stopped.

4) I was dreaming about my childhood and when I woke up, I was in the chemistry classroom.

5) I saw a man in the distance but when I turned my back, the man was standing just in front of me.
