(x - 4)² - 1
= (x - 4)² - 1²
= (x - 4 - 1)(x - 4 + 1)
= (x - 5)(x - 3)

(x - 4)² - 1
= x² - 8x + 16 - 1
= x² - 8x + 15

f(5) = (5 - 5)(5 - 3) = 0 x 2 = 0
f(√2) = √2² - 8√2 + 15 = 2 + 15 - 8√2 = 17 - 8√2
f(0) = 0² - 8 x 0 + 15 = 15

f(x) = 0
(x - 5)(x - 3) = 0
Un produit est nul si un de ses facteur est nul.
x - 5 = 0       ou     x - 3 = 0
x = 5            ou      x = 3
