Bonjour qui pourrer me decrire cette image en Anglais s'il vous plait . Merci a ceux qui m'aideront

There are 2 men in front of the sea on a wooden bridge : 1 who paint a picture and an other who looks at the desaster.
The first man paint a paradise with palm trees, sandbank... whereas around him there's a lot of pollution because of the boat at the bottom of the picture and it's very sad and dirty !
